EnviroSCAN
Complete, continuous soil moisture monitoring solution
Over viewClose view

About EnviroSCAN
EnviroSCAN is a system that continuously measures soil moisture over multiple depths in a crop's root zone pinpointing, how often and how much to irrigate. EnviroSCAN consists of probes housed in access tubes in the soil. The probes have multiple sensors located at multiple depths, with each probe accommodating up to 16 sensors. The sensors continuously monitor soil moisture taking readings at each sensors as frequently as every minute. Water management information is downloaded to a computer for display in powerful user-friendly software.

Working nature of EnviroSCAN
The sensor utilizes electrical capacitance to measure soil moisture. A high frequently electrical field, created around each sensor, extends through the access tube into the soil.

EnviroSCAN installation
Precision tools are used to install access tubes with minimum disturbance to the soil profile. Installation techniques allow EnviroSCAN to be installed across the full range of soil type. Readjustment of sensor depths and servicing of the EnviroSCAN system can be made in-field without disturbance to the surrounding soil and roots.

Data download options
EnviroSCAN offers a range of data download options for retrieving data remotely or in the field. Flexibility means you can utilize any of the following download options:

 Radio

 Mobile phone

 Modem

 Landline

 In-field download

 Office download

EnviroSCAN Results
EnviroSCAN provides a clear continuous picture crop water use and water management in the root zone. EnviroSCAN Windows Software graphically presents irrigation, rainfall and crop water use, allowing accurate and timely decisions to be made on how much and when to irrigate for maximum yield and quality.

Benefits of EnviroSCAN

Increase profit - improve crop yield and quality with informed irrigation decisions.

Save money - optimize water, fertilizer and energy use.

Reliability and accuracy - Scientifically proven and reliably monitoring over one hundreds different crop types worldwide.

Reduce wasteful leaching - target water and fertilizer to the root zone not past it.

Maximize returns - an efficient irrigation regime will guarantee the best outcome for your crop.

Diviner 2000 Probe
Portable soil moisture monitoring for instant infield decision making

About Diviner 2000
Diviner 2000 is a portable and robust soil moisture monitoring device measuring soil moisture over the depths of a crop's root zone. Diviner 2000 consists of a probe and display unit allowing the grower to measure soil moisture content and make onsite irrigation decisions at up to 99 sites. Diviner 2000 incorporates the proven, world leading technology of EnviroSCAN.

Flexibility
Flexible viewing options mean water management information can either be

viewed in-field on the large backlit LCD display screen

viewed using Diviner 2000 utilities, a simple Free software program that creates a file which can be opened in Windows Excel or similar programs.

Or, can be downloaded to a computer for closer analysis in the powerful, user-friendly EnviroSCAN for Windows software (version 4.1 or later).

This gives the grower a range of options from making instant and accurate decisions in the field to using the best irrigation management software available. The software graphically presents the state of the soil moisture, allowing accurate and timely decisions to be made on how much and when to irrigate for maximum yield and quality.

Working nature of Diviner 2000
The patented swipe and Go technology means that Diviner 2000 does not need to be held at each individual depth in the soil profile. To take a reading the encapsulated capacitance sensor is simply swiped in and out of the access tube, measuring up to 16 depths in just a few seconds.

Benefits of Diviner 2000

Increase profit - improve crop yield and quality with informed irrigation decisions.

Save money - optimize water, fertilizer and energy use.

Reliability and accuracy - capitalize on proven technology that is used in over 100 different crop types around the world.

Reduce wasteful leaching - target water and fertilizer to the root zone not past it.

Maximize returns - an efficient irrigation regime will guarantee the best outcome for your crop.

Flexibility - monitor nearly any crop type with three different probe lengths - 0.7m, 1.0m, 1.6m.

Save time - No need to stop at each depth, Measure the whole root zone in just a few seconds.

EnviroSMART
Highly integratable soil moisture monitoring
Close viewOver view

About EnviroSMART
EnviroSMART is a multi-depth soil moisture monitoring probe. The EnviroSMART difference is the ability to connect to a range of other on-farm technologies, such as Weather stations and irrigation controllers.

Benefits of integration
Integration is the ability to connect EnviroSMART probes to a range of on-farm technologies.

Cost effectiveness - no need to purchase unnecessary equipment such as additional loggers and radios etc.

Ability to easily add soil moisture monitoring to existing systems

Create your own system - choose your preferred weather station, logger, PLC etc.

Integration options
With the EnviroSMART probe, you can now add the world's best soil moisture monitoring technology to your choice of:

 Weather station

 Programmable Logic Controller

 Data logger

 Telemetry

Communication protocols used in include : SDI-12, 0-5V, 4-20mA, RS485,RS232 and Modbus

Working nature of EnviroSMART
The EnviroSMART probe utilizes the same proven reliable and accurate measurement technology as EnviroSCAN. Using electrical capacitance to measure soil moisture, a high frequency electrical field, created around each sensor, extends through the access tube into the soil. The EnviroSMART probe then sends soil moisture data back to your system of choice.

Software for EnviroSMART
Multiple software options are available for users of the EnviroSMART probe. The data collected by EnviroSMART can be displayed in the third party application software or where compatible, in Sentek's dedicated irrigation scheduling software, ESW4.1

Benefits of EnviroSMART

Increase profit - improve your crop yield and quality with informed irrigation decisions.

Flexibility - to create a farm management system to suit your individual requirements.

Save money - use existing farm management infrastructure to optimize water, fertilizer and energy use.

Reliability and accuracy - capitalize with proven technology that is used in over 100 different crop types around the world.

Reduce wasteful leaching - target water and fertilizer to the root zone not past it.

Maximize returns - an efficient irrigation regime will guarantee the best outcome for your crop.
