The group was established by an eminent scientist in the field of agriculture and veterinary sciences with the aim to take scientific knowledge at the grassroot level for the benefit of common men especially farmers who form the core of India.

Presently there are only two companies in the group and an application website but more are likely to be added in the near future. The group is supported by eminent scientists in all fields of science. The group is headed by Dr. V. K. Goel.
